We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Order number
Photos or video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Return Approval Required
Returns must be approved by our support team before sending anything back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
A return or replacement may be approved if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described
The item is unused and in its original condition for non-defective cases (case-by-case review)
For any functional claim, photo/video evidence is required.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Items damaged due to misuse
“Item not as expected” without supporting evidence
Products used extensively and then requested for a refund
Claims made without photo/video proof
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by a confirmed product defect,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
